Console Help

This is actually from a KA655 CPU (MicroVAX 3800), not a KA650 (MicroVAX 3500) - AKV, one of my MicroVAXen has had a CPU upgrade at some point. Most of the commands should work on a MicroVAX 3500 but as I understand it there is some variation. My other 3500 (LHN) doesn't even have a help command!
